Hiring and Training Coordinator Full Time Richmond, KY Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for building great teams? We are looking for a Hiring and Training Coordinator to lead the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle for our Direct Support Professionals, Community Access Specialists, and administrative staff across multiple agencies and locations. In this role, you won't just be filling seats—you'll be ensuring our team is trained, compliant, and ready to provide exceptional service. The Impact You'll Make
Streamline Onboarding:
Manage the full cycle of hiring, from interviewing and processing applicants to conducting engaging orientation sessions. Ensure Compliance:
Maintain airtight records by staying current on SCL and Michelle P Waiver regulations. You'll handle KARES background checks and ensure all electronic files in Oasis are accurate and up-to-date. Foster Growth:
Coordinate essential new-hire trainings and collaborate on innovative programs designed to improve employee and contractor retention. Support theMission:
Act as a brand ambassador, representing our core values to the community and participating in Quality Improvement initiatives. What You Bring to the Team Communication Mastery:
You have excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to connect effectively with both employees and contractors. Technical Savvy:
You are comfortable managing electronic records and can quickly learn systems like Oasis and KARES. Reliability:
You are a deadline-driven professional who can follow complex instructions with precision. Growth Mindset:
You maintain a positive attitude, welcome constructive feedback, and are always looking for ways to self-improve. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Must be at least 21 years of age Valid Social Security number or valid work permit. Ability to travel between regional locations as needed. 2 years experience working within the SCL/MPW field; or former experience working within a staffing/hiring agency can be substituted for the SCL/MPW experience.
