This role is responsible for overseeing residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects, leading teams, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications.
Job Summary:
The Construction Lead oversees all phases of construction projects, from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee construction projects from planning to completion Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards Supervise and coordinate construction teams on-site Delegate tasks and provide direction to maintain workflow Train and mentor team members on safety and construction practices Inspect work for quality and compliance with codes and regulations Communicate project progress, challenges, and needs to management Manage materials and ensure availability for project timelinesRequirements:
Several years of construction experience Strong understanding of construction methods and safety regulations Proven leadership and team management skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Familiarity with construction tools, materials, and processesWork Environment:
