As they continue to expand their boutique locations, they are seeking a dedicated Owner's Representative to oversee real estate development and construction projects from conception to completion. Position Summary The Owner's Representative will act as the client's eyes and ears on the ground, safeguarding company interests across all new builds, renovations, and real estate assets. This role serves as the primary liaison between executive leadership (the ownership family), architects, general contractors, and local authorities to ensure that high-end design standards, budgets, and timelines are met seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities Project Oversight:
Manage the full lifecycle of retail construction and renovation projects across multiple locations, ensuring absolute adherence to luxury brand standards.
Vendor & Contractor Management:
Select, negotiate with, and supervise general contractors, architects, designers, and specialized security vendors.
Budget & Schedule Control:
Review draw requests, manage change orders, and closely track project budgets and timelines to prevent overruns.
Asset Management:
Assist ownership in evaluating potential new retail locations and assessing the physical condition of existing real estate assets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with retail store managers and operations teams to minimize disruptions to existing boutique environments during construction phases.
Qualifications Experience:
5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management or owner's representation, specifically within high-end retail, hospitality, or luxury spaces .
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction contracts, permitting, and premium finishes/millwork unique to luxury environments.
Skills:
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities; a keen eye for detail is non-negotiable.
Travel:
Ability to travel to various regional store locations and job sites as required.
