Job Description

Construction Project Coordinator Bossier City, LA 71112 Full-time Full-time Role Overview The Project Coordinator supports construction and estimating teams by managing projects' documentation, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between field and office personnel. This role involves working with project management software, maintaining records, assisting with bid preparation, and supporting jobsite logistics. Key Responsibilities Construction/Project Management Set up and maintain project data in Procore Assist in setup of subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and compliance documents Coordinate jobsite logistics (i.e. utilities, security, equipment, etc.) Assist with submittals, pay applications, and office management from time to time Maintain jobsite reports, photos, and warranty manuals Help coordinate documents for HUD, certified payroll, contract revision, and project close-out Estimating Support Prepare bid files and manage bid documents Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for estimates Track addenda and ensure bid compliance Maintain plan room and bidder lists Administrative & Reception Duties Provide administrative support to management and field staff Maintain project documentation and reporting Run point on Lien Waivers, W9s/insurance certificates, Procore, certification of new subcontractors/vendors invoices Software Proficiency Procore PlanHub Sage Paperless Sage 300
Adobe Acrobat & Reader Google Earth Microsoft Office Suite DocuSign Experience:
Prior experience in contract administration and/or project coordination Worked in a professional, team-oriented environment for at least 2 consecutive years
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in project management and office software Ability to work independently and collaboratively Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Education:
High School Diploma required OSHA 10 or 30 preferred, not required CPR/First Aid preferred, not required Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, not required in one or more of the following:
