This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of construction management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, exceptional management skills, and a passion for building excellence. Duties Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project flow. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to meet deadlines. Oversee safety compliance by enforcing OSHA standards and conducting regular site safety audits. Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and feasibility. Monitor project budgets, perform cost estimations using HeavyBid or comparable tools, and control expenses effectively. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets design specifications and industry standards. Utilize ProCore, Bluebeam, and other construction management software for documentation, tracking progress, and communication. Read and interpret technical documents such as contracts, schematics, and construction estimates. Supervise on-site activities, providing leadership to construction crews while ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Perform site inspections with tools like ohmmeters for electrical testing and ensure proper implementation of technical requirements. Maintain comprehensive records of project progress, safety reports, change orders, and other documentation. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising large-scale projects. Extensive knowledge of construction site operations, scheduling (Primavera P6), budgeting, and project estimating. Familiarity with heavy civil or pipeline projects is highly desirable. Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and Management tools like Management or Primavera P6. Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction site safety enforcement. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising diverse teams on active construction sites. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Technical skills including the use of ohmmeters for electrical testing are a plus. Knowledge of contracts administration and construction estimating processes is essential.
