Job Description

Job Site Supervisor Job Summary The Job Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily construction operations on assigned projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards. This role serves as the on-site point of contact between subcontractors, vendors, and the company ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow from project start to completion. Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work progresses according to project plans and schedules. Manage subcontractors, labor crews, and vendors, to ensure timely and quality work Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance on all job sites Monitor project schedules and ensure deadlines are met Conduct daily site inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards Communicate progress updates, delays, and issues to project managers and office staff Review and verify materials delivered to the job site Maintain a clean, organized, and secure job site Identify and resolve problems quickly to avoid delays or cost overruns Ensure all work is performed according to plans, specifications, and building codes Assist with scheduling inspections and coordinating with inspectors Document job progress with photos and daily logs Qualifications Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Knowledge of safety regulations and job site compliance Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Excellent leadership and communication skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Performance based bonus Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable) Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth and advancement
