Job Description

4LP, LLC, a leader in Lightning Protection Installation, is seeking motivated individuals who are interested in a career in Lightning Protection. Dependable, responsible, and organized attributes are a must.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Installation of lightning protection on high roofs, concealed attics, and grounding. Applying construction plans and blueprints for LP installation to site-specific projects. Responsible for understanding and installing the different parts of Lightning Protection. Comply with onsite safety regulations. Working in a team environment. Working at heights, exposed to the elements, and must be willing to travel weekly.
SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS 18
years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous construction and electrical experience preferred. Physically capable of performing the essential functions of the job. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Regular and predictable attendance required. Experience heavy lifting of materials (concrete, roofing, general construction, etc.) Must pass a Pre-Employment drug test; random drug screens are given on a regular basis. Must pass a Pre-Employment background check and any future Pre-Access job site background checks as needed. Must be able to pass OSHA 10 and other safety trainings immediately after hire.
