CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATOR.
lafayette, louisiana Posted 4/17/2026 Closes 9/25/2026 Job details Summary Spherion $20.00 per hour Temporary 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Industry administrative & support services (Office and Administrative Support Occupations) Reference number S_174776 Spherion is seeking a Construction Administrator who will assist in securing permits, utilities and all other accounts or items necessary to begin production; provide logistical support to construction teams. Facilitate all paperwork related to production, change orders, and reselections throughout the production process. Coordinate all Client/ Orientation Walk throughs and Closing Walk and Warranty Overview. Assist in closings of all homes. Hourly Pay Rate - $20Responsibilities:
Assist the team by preparing and submitting sewer, building, and other permits by email, online permit website, or hand delivery to jurisdiction permitting offices. Verify all permit packages have the required documents and are properly completed Follow and track permit progress from the design phase, through the jurisdiction review process, to construction and closeout Update permit records and provide support to jurisdictions and clients through a variety of permitting platforms Create and manage all field change orders from creation to payment and processing, as well as ensuring any needed revisions are issued ... Manage all necessary reselection of products or features in the field due to vendor change, material shortages, etc. Help communicate and schedule all homeowner walks and closings. Assisting with preparing all required documentation and loan information to all required parties.Community and Financial Management:
Oversee third-party HOA management, monitor budgets, approve invoices, and ensure financial health while maintaining compliance with bylaws. owner andBoard Engagement:
Act as the primary liaison, facilitating communication between homeowners and the board, coordinating ACC approvals, conducting site visits, and ensuring all HOA documentation is current and accessible. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00PM Skills:
3-5 years construction or residential building experience, preferred 1-3 years experience with parish/city governments preferredEducation:
High School Experience:
4-7 yearsQualifications:
