  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion.
In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and site coordination will drive project success while maintaining safety, budget control, and client satisfaction. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects by coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management tools to ensure timely delivery. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, schematics, and blueprints such as Civil 3D drawings. Manage project budgets through accurate construction estimating and HeavyBid analysis to optimize resource allocation. Utilize construction management software like ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation, progress tracking, and communication. Review contracts, change orders, and scope modifications to maintain project scope integrity. Facilitate effective project coordination by conducting regular site visits and overseeing subcontractor performance. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Monitor project timelines closely through project scheduling techniques; adjust plans proactively to mitigate delays. Support team members in time management practices to meet critical deadlines efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in heavy civil or commercial projects; site experience is essential. Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other industry-standard tools. Solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts administration, and construction estimating processes. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent project scheduling skills with a focus on project coordination and resource optimization. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, subcontractors, and vendors. Knowledge of safety regulations and experience implementing safety protocols on construction sites. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively through excellent time management practices.
