Commercial Roofing Traveling Superintendent One of the most reputable Commercial Roofing Contractors in the area is looking for a successful Commercial Roofing T raveling Superintendent . The position involves steady travel, company will pay for housing and per-diem on the road. They need someone that can be onsite representation and make sure projects come are done within time and budget requirements.
Commercial Roofing Traveling Superintendent Job Responsibilities:
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and within scope. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. Lead and direct the work of other project team members as needed.
Commercial Roofing Traveling Superintendent Requirements:
Minimum of 3+ years' experience in Supervisory position on Commercial Roofing Projects Excellent time management skills. Extensive experience in cost controls. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
