LDAR Program Supervisor - Refinery Environmental Compliance, Environmental Compliance Supervisor, LDAR & Environmental Programs Supervisor PROtect is looking for an experienced LDAR Superviso r to lead Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) and Benzene Waste Operations NESHAP (BWON) programs at a major refinery site in Norco. LA . This role is ideal for a seasoned LDAR professional who enjoys leading field teams, solving technical challenges, and ensuring environmental compliance for complex industrial operations. As an LDAR Supervisor, you'll oversee day-to-day LDAR and BWON activities, mentor technicians, support compliance programs, and work closely with customers and internal leadership to deliver high-quality environmental services. If you have strong LDAR leadership experience and want to grow into BWON program management, we'll help train and support you. What You'll Do Lead
LDAR & BWON
Operations Oversee LDAR and BWON monitoring programs to ensure compliance with EPA, state, and site requirements Manage program inventories, monitoring schedules, and compliance documentation Ensure monitoring data, calibration records, and databases are accurate and audit-ready Provide technical guidance and field support to LDAR and inventory teams Support development and improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) Lead & Develop Field Teams Coach and mentor LDAR technicians and inventory staff Help develop team members' skills and support career advancement Support onboarding and field training for new hires Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and travel to ensure project coverage Safety & Compliance Review Job Safety Assessments (JSAs) and ensure proper PPE and equipment Maintain current knowledge of environmental and safety regulations Partner with Safety leadership to ensure required training is completed Promote a strong safety culture across all operations Client & Project Support Lead project coordination and maintain status updates for customers Support quoting, estimating, and proposal development Identify opportunities to improve customer programs Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to support new

services Systems & Program Management Manage equipment suppliers for monitoring tools, calibration gas, and tags Support administrative needs including timesheets, job sheets, and expense reporting Communicate project status and resource needs with internal leadership What We're Looking For Experience 7-10 years of experience in LDAR or industrial environmental services Experience in refinery, petrochemical, or industrial environments Previous supervisory or team leadership experience BWON program experience strongly preferred (inventory, monitoring, reporting) Strong knowledge of EPA and state environmental regulations Experience managing remote or multi-site field teams Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a technical field preferred Equivalent industry experience will be considered Technical Skills Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent communication and leadership abilities Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects Ability to work independently in both field and office environments Willingness to travel as needed Work Environment This role includes both office and industrial field environments.

Extended periods of sitting or standing Working outdoors in varying weather conditions Exposure to industrial environments including noise, fumes, and temperature changes Climbing, working at heights, and confined space entry Lifting up to 25 lbs occasionally A strong commitment to personal safety and team safety is required.
