We are looking to add licensed Superintendents to our growing team: Successful candidates will have:

• A Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License.
• The skills and knowledge to perform frame to finish carpentry.
• The capability to present themselves to clients in a professional manner.
• Excellent communication skills both with team members and clients.
• The ability to work with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
• Work well alone or with a team.
• Have their own tools, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
• The ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 80lbs.
• OSHA 10 The responsibilities of our Superintendents will include scheduling, coordination and supervision of all contractors on site.

The Superintendent will maintain daily logs, attend job meetings and maintain a safe jobsite.

Our Superintendents will:

• Supervise subcontractors and foreman
• Review plans and project schedules with the Project Manager
• Coordinate all deliveries of materials and equipment to the jobsite
• Schedule all construction related work, as well as inspect the work in progress
• Review and ensure materials being used on site meet the architect's specifications
• Maintain a relationship between the Architect, Owner, Subcontractors and Engineers
• Hold weekly job box talks and progress meetings meeting with subcontractors on site Current markets:

Salary:

$25.00-$45.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift (7am-3:30pm)
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime offered when required.

Experience:

• Carpentry 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Drivers License (Required)
• Massachusetts Construction Supervisors (Required)
