Job Description Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and enforce safety protocols on-site. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams, fostering a collaborative work environment. Prepare and present progress reports to key stakeholders and management. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to local building codes and regulations. The Successful Applicant A successful General/Senior Superintendent should have: An active MA Construction Supervisor License (MA-CSL). Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple teams effectively. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and local building codes. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth project execution.
