Position Overview The Project Manager will overseemercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects arepleted safely, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. This role works closely withpany leadership, field teams, clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to drive successful project execution across highly technical and often occupied environments. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Lead budgeting, bid leveling, subcontractor buyout, and procurement activities
  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasting
  • Coordinate with Superintendents to oversee field execution and project progress
  • Lead client, subcontractor, and internal project meetings
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documentation
  • Review invoices, project costs, and subcontractor billing
  • Support value engineering and constructability review efforts What Success Looks Like
  • Independently running projects with minimal oversight
  • Operating with urgency, accountability, and ownership mentality

  • Managing multiple priorities while maintaining strongmunication andanization Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years ofmercial construction project management experience in Massachusetts
  • Experience with occupied renovations, healthcare, life science, orplex interior projects
  • Strong background in budgeting, buyouts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office
  • Experience using scheduling tools such as MS Project
  • Strongmunication,anizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with Bluebeam, Textura, BIM, or Revit
  • OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain Why Join
