  • $75 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications Environmental compliance High school diploma or GED Schedule management Compliance management Associate's degree Stakeholder management Full Job Description Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Superintendent The T&D Superintendent oversees field operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
This role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities while maintaining quality, efficiency, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage daily construction activities, ensuring alignment with schedules, budgets, and specifications. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring contractual performance and productivity. Oversee T&D construction scopes, including transmission lines, substations, grounding, foundations, and electrical systems. Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental requirements, and company policies. Monitor project progress through reports, site inspections, and documentation. Review schedules and proactively identify risks or delays. Verify materials, equipment installation, and system testing meet specifications. Manage field changes, punch lists, and drawing revisions. Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. Lead field staff and oversee site resources, materials, and tools. Qualifications Bachelor Degree and 7 years construction management experience or craft supervision experience on T&D projects. Required or Associate Degree and 9 years construction management experience or craft supervision experience on T&D projects. Required or High School Diploma/GED and 11 years construction management experience or craft supervision experience on T&D projects. Required Must have excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills, and a strong safety background. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Suite. Must be able to meet company's driving requirements Must be within 70 miles of the greater Boston area ES1
