Construction Project Manager

Construction Project Manager Overview Responsible for managing construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects, onsite or in-office as needed Coordinate with field staff, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams Track schedules, budgets, costs, and project progress; recommend adjustments Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and client satisfaction Order materials, schedule deliveries, and coordinate disposal Prepare project timelines, manage labor and costs, and support invoicing Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and change orders Attend project meetings and manage project closeout Required Skills Project management and construction scheduling Excel and Microsoft Office Construction planning, estimating, and client communication Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field 4+ years of construction project management experience Residential construction experience required Commercial construction experience preferred Experience Level Intermediate Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chelmsford, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
