Job Description
Our company is looking to hire a motivated individual to manage commercial construction projects. Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in construction supervision or related, an unrestricted Massachusetts builders License, and completion of minimum 10 hours of OSHA Training. Candidates should be team oriented and responsibilities would include but not be limited to the following: Generate and maintain schedule and anticipate any challenges with the team Coordinate and schedule all trades required to expedite the project schedule Quality Control Job site safety, health and environmental quality Daily Reports, Manpower reporting and associated logs required to properly document the project Communicate with project team in a productive manner Must be a working super with basic carpentry skills Must be able to lift anything over 30 lbs. Must have basic Computer knowledge, and experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, word, excel. 8 hour shift or more as required per job Salary/Compensation would be based on experience.
