Job Description
Field Manager responsible for working directly with field personnel from start of project to completion.
Other responsibilities include:
- Daily set-up of field employees including scheduling manpower
- Tracking and reporting daily / weekly employee hours for payroll
- Working directly with project managers and construction superintendents to ensure project requirements are met
- Supplying material and equipment to projects as needed
- Working to ensure project budgets are met
- Job handoffs with clear project details
- Weekly job site visits
- Maintaining safe job sites
- Keeping track of equipment on job sites
