We are currently seeking a hardworking and team-oriented Project Manager to join our operations team! The Project Manager will be responsible for job site productivity and financial performance against the budget, including but not limited to the following: Working with Estimating team to understand scope of work for upcoming projects Review job contracts for accuracy, understand terms and requirements, be aware of risk Strategize with team on how to maximize production and exceed budget goals Communicate with field team to manage production, changes or extras in the field, and any potential issues Prepare for, attend and lead bi-weekly job cost meetings to report out on job performance to management Review weekly payroll to ensure accurate coding of manpower, usage of hours, and budget codes Maximize project cash flow through billing and change order management, proper job set up, and outstanding invoices Responsible for developing strong relationships with customers and field employees Job requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with professional project management experience in commercial painting or specialty coatings. Equivalent combinations of education and hands-on construction or painting industry experience will also be considered. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as with customers and vendors. Detail oriented with the ability to efficiently analyze and organize significant amounts of information regarding plan layouts, material deliveries and jobsite productivities. Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings and technical specifications. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook), CADD, Bluebeam. Knowledge of safety and relevant OSHA requirements and regulations. Ability to travel and work for short periods on projects outside of office area Self-starter, problem solver, desire to get better and develop skills. Ability to lift and move 30 pounds or more and walk or stand for extended periods of time

$100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
