Lawrence, Massachusetts Job Description We are partnering with an extremely busy and reputable general contractor seeking an experienced Night Shift Superintendent to help lead a large-scale retail renovation project in the Lawrence, MA area. This is a fast-paced, occupied renovation environment requiring a hands-on construction professional who is comfortable managing subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and keeping operations organized during overnight hours. The project includes demolition, MEP coordination, carpentry, painting, and general interior renovation work within an active retail setting. This is a strong opportunity to join a well-established team with a consistent pipeline of commercial renovation projects throughout the region.

Primary Responsibilities:

Oversee nightly construction and renovation activities within an occupied retail store Coordinate subcontractors and maintain workflow throughout all phases of construction Ensure site procedures, safety expectations, and client protocols are consistently followed Complete daily reports and maintain basic project documentation and communication

Qualifications:

Superintendent or strong Foreman experience within commercial construction environments Experience managing occupied renovation or retail projects strongly preferred Comfortable working independently during night/graveyard shift hours Basic computer skills and strong communication/organizational abilities required

Pay Range:
