Lexington, MA Job Details $65,000 - $75,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Profit sharing Health savings account Paid holidays Dental insurance Vision insurance Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description This position is responsible for assisting our project managers overseeing 3-4 high-end residential remodeling projects, managing subcontractors, and executing high-quality construction projects on time and on budget while ensuring delighted customers.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing all aspects of construction projects, from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project schedules and budgets. Assist in coordinating and communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and the internal team to ensure clear expectations and smooth project execution. Assist in providing guidance, schedule, and manage the subcontractors, to ensure work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Utilize construction and carpentry experience to provide technical expertise and problem-solving skills throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project schedules, to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards, taking appropriate corrective actions as necessary. Proactively identify and address potential project risks, challenges, and conflicts, working collaboratively to find effective solutions. Foster positive and professional relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining client satisfaction. Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance project efficiency, effectiveness, and client experience. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.

Experience:
