THE TYPE OF ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 5 years of experience with heavy civil/bridge experience as a Foreman supervising crews under a Superintendent Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, and Bluebeam Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail A Construction Management or Engineering degree is preferred , and experience with AutoCAD, Primavera P6, or Bid2Win is a plus . We're looking for dependable, adaptable leaders who take initiative, support their teams, and carry themselves with professionalism at all times.

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT

This is a full-time position with a structured schedule aligned to active job-site operations. When you join our team as the Assistant Superintendent, you support the Superintendent and Project Team by helping oversee daily construction operations from planning through closeout, reviewing drawings and schedules, assisting with permits, subcontractor coordination, shop drawings, and work plans, participating in daily safety briefings and pretask planning, supporting crew supervision and subcontractor oversight, tracking quantities, deliveries, and reports, assisting with QA/QC inspections and problem resolution, contributing to cost tracking and payment estimates, coordinating inspections and testing, maintaining communication with engineers and owners, and helping drive projects forward safely, efficiently, and with high-quality results, all while developing the skills needed to advance your career.
