Construction Project Manager Residential Renovations / Fix & Flip

We're looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead residential renovation and fix-and-flip projects across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable managing active job sites, coordinating trades, and keeping projects moving from start to finish. You'll play a key role in ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met across multiple projects. What You'll Do Manage residential renovation and fix-and-flip projects from start to completion Coordinate subcontractors and oversee daily site activity Track schedules, budgets, and project scope Conduct site visits and monitor progress Identify and resolve issues throughout the construction process Communicate updates with internal team and stakeholders What We're Looking For 3+ years of construction project management or coordination experience Experience with residential renovations or fix-and-flip projects Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages Strong organizational and communication skills Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, or similar tools (preferred) Massachusetts CSL (preferred or willingness to obtain) Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites What We Offer Health and dental benefits Gas reimbursement for travel Consistent pipeline of renovation projects Growth opportunities within a scaling company

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
