The Multi-unit Construction Superintendent (MULTI-UNIT) will oversee the successful execution of mixed-use and multi-unit development projects. This role involves coordinating all phases of construction, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget using industry-standard tools like Procore and MS Project. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate project activities from inception to completion Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors Manage and supervise subcontractor performance to ensure quality and schedule adherence Document meeting minutes and run meetings with subcontractors and internal construction team Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in commercial construction superintendent experience in residential mult-unit Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Large project experience
