We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support the execution of high-quality residential development projects across the Boston area. This role is integral to keeping projects organized, compliant, and moving forward, working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and ownership. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of coordination across teams, helping ensure projects run efficiently from pre-construction through closeout.Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Project Managers and the project team. Collaborate with internal teams to support project goals and ensure smooth execution. Follow up with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely submission of required documentation. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and issuing subcontract agreements to ensure accurate scope and compliance. Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation, including subcontracts, COIs, W-9s, RFIs, drawings, reports, and correspondence. Prepare and distribute project documents such as subcontracts, purchase orders, and project communications. Support the construction administration process from pre-construction through project closeout. Apply for and track local building permits and related approvals. Maintain and track project information in Procore or similar construction management software. Support project tracking, reporting, and documentation workflows within the system.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in applicable discipline will be preferred. 2+ years of experience in construction coordination, project administration, or a related role (residential development preferred) Working knowledge of construction drawings and ability to read/interpret plans and specifications. Proficiency in construction management software, preferably Procore. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and homeowners. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Pay:
