Who We're Looking For An experienced residential construction Project Manager who: Takes full ownership of projects from start to finish Can manage subcontractors and keep jobs on schedule Communicates clearly with clients and team members Has excellent customer service skills Solves problems quickly and keeps projects moving Is organized, accountable, and detail-oriented What You'll Do Run residential construction projects from kickoff to completion Manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors Handle change orders and client communication Ensure quality work that meets our standards Requirements 5+ years residential construction project management (preferred) Strong knowledge of construction and sequencing Solid communication and organization skills What You Get Salary starting at $85,000+ (commensurate with experience) Bonus opportunities Company truck 401(k) + match Health, dental, PTO Location In-person across MetroWest (Natick, Medfield, Wellesley, Westborough, etc.)
