Job Description

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant field experience in commercial construction, with at least 3 years in a Superintendent role. Strong computer and communication skills, including proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project) and Procore. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently. Demonstrated attention to detail through maintaining accurate and thorough project records. Experience reading and working with project plans and specifications, and knowledge about construction methods, materials and regulations. MA CSL and OSHA 30 required. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Some travel required to visit job sites throughout Massachusetts.
Responsibilities:
- You'll be responsible for managing site safety, schedule, subcontractor coordination and quality control. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with the project plans and specs, as well as safety regulations and industry standard. Champion jobsite safety and ensure compliance with KBC's Safety Program and OSHA regulations. Develop and maintain site logistics plans, project schedules, and look-ahead plans. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel with clarity and professionalism. Work closely with the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manger to align field execution with budget, schedule, and design intent. Monitor work progress, perform quality control, and resolve field issues in real time. Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports and photos in Procore. Build strong relationships with clients, design team and subcontractors/vendors. Ensure close collaboration and communication. Treat all parties professionally and work together to problem-solve as the need arises. Foster a respectful, solutions-oriented jobsite environment.
