We are an excavation/construction company based out of Rehoboth, MA that works on large-scale jobs.

Job Duties:

Estimating and managing large-scale construction jobs. Gathering information and requirements for jobs. Preparing job budgets by analyzing plans, revising specifications, and identifying/projecting costs for each project. Obtains bids from vendors/contractors/developers. Identifying and evaluating favorable bids by cost, additional work, jobsite requirements, etc. Maintains ongoing cost for multiple active, large-scale projects. Resolves cost discrepancies by collecting and evaluating information. Accurately forecasting the budget for each project.

Qualifications:

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Building Science, etc. (Required) A minimum of 5 years construction project management. Adept in mathematics. Keen analytical skills. Able to manage the high stress of tight deadlines.
