Job Description This leader will oversee strategic front end construction activities associated with mission-critical data center infrastructure, including technical due diligence, contractor engagement, budgeting and scheduling, contract term negotiations, stakeholder coordination, and project execution readiness, as well as input on site selection processes. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise managing complex infrastructure programs and a proven ability to lead large-scale development initiatives in fast-paced hyperscale environments. The successful candidate will help shape infrastructure strategy, drive execution across high-priority markets, and collaborate with world-class design and engineering, construction, and operations teams delivering transformational growth. Responsibilities Lead construction front end planning activities for mission-critical OCI data center projects Drive construction project planning, technical due diligence, entitlement coordination, and participate in development strategy Partner with internal Lines of Business (LOBs), engineering teams, and executive stakeholders Manage relationships with general contractors, consultants, utilities, and development partners Drive budgeting, schedule management, and risk mitigation activities Support infrastructure scalability and operational readiness across multiple concurrent projects Identify and resolve project risks impacting schedule, cost, or delivery objectives Ensure alignment between business goals and infrastructure development priorities Contribute to long-term infrastructure planning and market expansion strategies Lead and mentor high-performing development and construction teams Responsibilities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline 10+ years of experience managing mission-critical infrastructure or data center development projects Strong background in hyperscale data center pre-construction and facilities development or related discipline Experience managing large-scale capital construction programs across multiple sites Demonstrated leadership experience working with general contractors and cross-functional teams Strong understanding of development lifecycle, permitting, utilities, and construction delivery processes Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and complex stakeholder environments Excellent communication, executive presentation, and organizational leadership skills Experience supporting cloud infrastructure, AI infrastructure, or mission-critical environments preferred Disclaimer:

Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
