This pivotal role involves managing on-site operations, coordinating teams, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in Sewer, Water and Infrastructure Construction. Duties Lead and supervise all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety standards Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers to facilitate seamless project execution Oversee daily site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control measures Implement and monitor safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, controlling expenses, and preparing accurate estimates using construction estimating techniques Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience in underground utility construction Must be capable of managing multiple job sites and crews Strong knowledge of construction site safety regulations including OSHA standards Proficiency in Trimble Earthworks, GPS Surveying and Microsoft Word & Excel Excellent ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise diverse teams effectively OSHA 10
