ABOUT THE JOB AND THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Superintendent to join our team. The Construction Site Superintendent will bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably Commercial Construction . The ideal candidate will require minimal day-to-day supervision and be able to support the senior management team. Successful Candidates:

Minimum 5 years experience as a Superintendent in construction industry Massachusetts CSL (REQUIRED) OSHA Certified 30 Hour (REQUIRED) Drivers License (REQUIRED) Safety standards knowledge and enforcement Excellent people management, organizational and communication skills. Must be able to read architectural drawings, specifications, clarify discrepancies or missing information. Must understand all facets of commercial construction Must be able to complete/ oversee projects. Computer Knowledge. Must be able to fill out all necessary reports and daily worksheets using Procore Responsible for projects RFIs, Knowledge of submittal processing Must perform basic carpentry, demolition and other tasks as needed Must be able to lift 80+ lbs Must be able to follow company's dress code References Required One Source Construction, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
