Job Description

JD Rivet Roofing is looking for a Roof Construction Project Manager to join our team located in Springfield, Massachusetts. Job Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to ensure profitability Review contracts, change orders, and scope adjustments to protect margins Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet timelines and quality standards Lead and support superintendents, engineers, and field personnel to drive project success Monitor project performance against financial and operational goals Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership Ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and regulatory requirements Implement and enforce safety programs and quality control standards Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and performance tracking Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and maintaining strong communication Job Requirements Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field 5+ years of experience managing construction projects Experience meeting tight project deadlines Strong attention to detail Proven track record of managing multiple responsibilities and flexibility responding to changing priorities
