Job Description Manage all aspects of ground-up construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. Oversee on-site operations, including scheduling, subcontractor management, and quality control. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align project goals and expectations. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify and resolve construction challenges or delays proactively. Maintain clear and professional communication with all team members. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent - Ground-up should have: Proven track record in managing ground-up construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
