Job description: Here at Master Millwork, we specialize in high-end custom millwork projects for Senior Living, Multi-Unit Apartments & Hotels throughout the Greater Boston Area and New England. We also provide high-end architectural millwork design packages for Restaurants, Nightclubs, Libraries and Schools. We've been able to grow and expand our business in the last few years and we're on the right track to continue that growth. Seeking an experienced Millwork Project Manager to join our growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an effective professional to act as a liaison between internal departments, clients, outside vendors, sub-contractors, and installers as it pertains to coordinating project completion. We provide unique millwork for our clients and take great pride in that. If you feel that you have integrity and a great work ethic, this is the right place for you! 3+ years using AutoCAD in the architectural millwork field. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel Knowledgeable in architectural millwork and casework production methods and fabrication techniques. Able to effectively communicate with Architects, Designers, General Contractors, Vendors, and Subcontractors in a professional manner Review architectural drawings and subsequent shop drawings prior to submittal for approval; able to read and understand blueprints. Review drawings with the general contractors to verify all dimensions prior to fabrication. Generating change orders to include specification additions and revenue/ cost impact Enter and/or oversee all initial hours and costs into the data tracking system. Ensure that projects are executed and completed to customer specifications, on time, and on budget Work with assistant project managers and office assistants on tasks
