Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation Allocate resources for assigned projects Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

Manage the project performance from beginning to completion Manage and lead the team of clients, designers and architects Manage the budget and schedule with the client and team Design develop-Value engineer and provide options to the team Scope develop-Contract develop and buy-out of materials Communicate and delegate with the onsite supervisor and other onsite personnel Meet the team in the field for review and performance Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to plans and specifications Previous experience in
