This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage on-site operations, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely and on time. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive site & building experience, and proficiency with industry standards. Projects are located within the Rte 128 North & West areas. Duties Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, project specifications, and schedules Coordinate with site superintendent, subcontractors, suppliers, while also working directly with company owner to facilitate smooth workflow and communications Monitor all machinery/equipment to ensure proper operation Oversee quality control processes by inspecting work, reviewing blueprints and project specs to ensure compliance with industry standards Manage & inspect material deliveries prior to installation Assist in coordination of all on-site inspections Requirements 5+ yrs experience supervising residential sites with a strong background in site work and building construction Proficiency in project scheduling and interpreting/executing blueprints Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices for maintaining a safe work environment Hands-on experience with all aspects of construction site operations as well as abiltity to operate heavy equipment Supervising experience in leading teams effectively while managing multiple priorities Self-motivated with strong communication skills to ensure clarity across all project phases.
