This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project schedules, and ensure that all construction activities align with safety standards, budget constraints, and quality expectations. As a pivotal member of our construction management team, you will drive project success through proactive planning, effective communication, and meticulous execution. Your expertise will help deliver outstanding results on time and within scope, fostering client satisfaction and operational excellence. Duties Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. Develop detailed project estimates utilizing construction estimating techniques and oversee budget management throughout the project lifecycle. Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure precise understanding of project requirements and scope. Manage procurement processes by preparing bid packages with HeavyBid or similar software, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies. Monitor project progress through regular site visits, schedule updates, and progress reports; adjust plans proactively to mitigate delays or cost overruns. Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders including clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Implement project management best practices by utilizing construction management software for documentation, scheduling, and reporting purposes. Ensure all work aligns with schematics and technical specifications while maintaining strict adherence to deadlines. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in heavy civil or commercial projects; site experience is essential. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills. Ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
