This role is vital in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools. Duties Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery. Oversee daily site operations, managing subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to maintain productivity and safety standards. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software Monitor construction site activities for compliance with contracts, safety regulations, and quality standards. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project workflows. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues early and implement corrective actions swiftly. Ensure all work adheres to project schedules while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in construction site management or as a construction superintendent with a strong track record of successful project delivery. Extensive knowledge of construction estimating, and project scheduling Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously while maintaining clear communication. Demonstrated ability in project coordination, time management, and problem-solving in fast-paced environments. Familiarity with construction safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements.
