Position Overview We are seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on tenant improvement, higher education, and general commercial projects ranging from $1M

• 15M in the Worcester market.

This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout Manage subcontractors, site logistics, scheduling, and coordination of trades Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards Lead site safety efforts and maintain compliance with OSHA and company protocols Coordinate closely with Project Managers, clients, and design teams Conduct regular site meetings, progress reporting, and inspections Proactively identify and resolve field issues to maintain project momentum Project Types Tenant improvement / interior fit-outs Higher education renovations and upgrades General commercial construction projects Typical project size: $1M
