This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can lead by example and keep work moving efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate crew members on residential and/or commercial jobsite Perform hands-on construction work as needed Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards Enforce jobsite safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Communicate with management, subcontractors, and clients when needed Train and mentor crew members Identify and solve jobsite issues quickly and professionally

Requirements:

Valid driver's license (required) Reliable transportation to and from jobsites (required) Must have your own hand tools Proven construction experience with leadership or foreman experience preferred Strong knowledge of general construction methods and safety practices Ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude Ability to work independently and lead a team

Preferred Experience:

Framing, drywall, finish carpentry, remodeling, concrete, or general contracting background
