Duties Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the general construction sector through targeted outreach and market research Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's client base and project portfolio Build and nurture relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and industry stakeholders to foster trust and repeat business Lead negotiations for contracts, bids, and proposals ensuring favorable terms aligned with company goals Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and promotional materials that highlight our capabilities Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Coordinate with project management teams to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered successfully Experience Proven experience in business development within the general construction or related industry Strong knowledge of sales processes, negotiation tactics, and strategic planning techniques Demonstrated ability to build lasting customer relationships using CRM tools like Salesforce or similar CRM software Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills Familiarity with marketing strategies relevant to construction services and client engagement Background in project management or related fields is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to networking and relationship building Join us in shaping the future of construction by leveraging your expertise in sales, strategic planning, and customer relationship management.
