Construction Project Manager Donan Enterprises LLC College Park, MD Job Details Full-time From $70,000 a year 20 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Secret Clearance Bachelor's degree Full Job Description General Act as the eyes, ears, and advocate for Donan Enterprises LLC throughout the pre-construction construction phase Pre-Construction & Planning Work with Donan Enterprises leadership and the general contractor to review the project budget proposed by the general contractor and help negotiate Review subcontractor qualifications and bids and suggest areas of improvements that can result in cost saving and better quality Schedule and Progress Monitoring Track the critical path of the project schedule to ensure milestones are met and hold the General Contractor accountable for delays. Quality Assurance Conduct site visits, as required, to ensure work complies with the approved design documents, specifications, and quality standards. Change Order Management Review and negotiate change orders to prevent unnecessary scope creep and cost overruns.
