COLUMBIA, Maryland job type: Permanent salary: $85,000 - 130,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: No Degree Required responsibilities: Take ownership of projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring they stay on schedule, on budget, and running smoothlyServe as the main point of contact for clients while collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors Manage budgets, schedules, and overall project financials, stepping in proactively to keep things on track Leverage modern construction methods and technology to improve efficiency and project delivery Bring proven experience managing commercial construction projects, ideally including Pre-Engineered Steel BuildingsLead and support project teams, keeping everyone aligned and moving toward a common goal Communicate effectively across all levels; English and Spanish proficiency is a plus, as is a willingness to travel as projects require qualifications: Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 10 years of experience
