This is a stable, long-term opportunity with a straightforward home-to-site commute. What you'll do Support senior superintendents in day-to-day field execution and subcontractor coordination Assist with short-interval planning, daily work sequencing, and logistics Enforce our Zero Tolerance Safety Standard on site Monitor work for compliance with drawings, specs, quality standards, and safety requirements Coordinate inspections, testing, and documentation for assigned scopes Communicate schedule, safety, and quality concerns to field leadership promptly Support punch list completion, closeout documentation, and turnover activities What we're looking for 3-10 years of construction field experience; commercial or multifamily strongly preferred OSHA, USACE, or NAVFAC experience a plus — certifications can be obtained on the job Working knowledge of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and scheduling Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Procore or Bluebeam experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills Valid driver's license required Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Fort Meade Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred — not required •Due to the large number of resumes and inquiries we receive, we will not contact you if we do not feel we can assist you at this time based on the resume you provided.
