$120,000 - $160,000We are looking for an electrical superintendent to lead complex electrical construction projects for a fast-growing, multi-discipline contractor known for excellence, integrity, and industry-leading innovation. This role is ideal for a superintendent who thrives in a culture built on collaboration, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.

What You'll DoOversee day-to-day electrical field operations on commercial, industrial, renewable energy, mission-critical, and large-scale infrastructure projects.

Manage crews, plan workloads, delegate tasks, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and support staff to maintain schedules, budgets, and client satisfaction.

Support installation of medium-voltage and low-voltage systems, design-assist efforts, prefabrication integration, and advanced electrical solutions.

Mentor journeymen, apprentices, and field leaders while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and professional growth.

What You BringExtensive experience leading electrical construction teams on commercial or industrial projects.

Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, safety standards, and installation best practices.

Proven ability to manage schedules, coordinate trades, and communicate effectively with field and office teams.

A commitment to quality, safety, and developing the next generation of electrical talent.
