This role oversees field crews, ensures safety and quality, and keeps projects on schedule. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations for excavation, grading, concrete work, and wet utility installation. Coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and subcontractors. Read and interpret civil plans and ensure work meets project standards. Maintain site safety, quality control, and daily reporting. Communicate with project management, inspectors, and vendors. Qualifications 3+ years of heavy civil field leadership experience. Hands‑on expertise in earthwork, utilities, and concrete. Ability to read civil drawings and manage crews effectively.
