The role focuses on daily coordination with inspection teams and contractors on a complex, active facility project. Support a multi-year CMI contract Document daily construction activities in accordance with owner's requirements Review and ensure accuracy of inspection reports Coordinate daily with inspection staff to maintain quality assurance Continuously monitor contractor progress, including: Materials incorporated into the work Materials stored on-site Contractor manpower and equipment Coordinate with contractor supervisors on work sequencing, schedule, and methods Assign inspection personnel daily to ensure adequate coverage of construction operations Attend weekly, monthly and special project meetings as required Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field Minimum 5 years' experience in project engineering or management, construction management, or engineering related roles Previous project experience on Airport construction or similar, such as construction around active, secure and operational and public buildings; roads/paving
PE, CCM, PMP, EIT, CMIT
