Project Manager / Senior Project Manager- Commercial Construction Baltimore, MD A well-established and growing general contractor is seeking a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to support a strong pipeline of work in the Baltimore market. This firm is actively involved in joint venture (JV) partnerships on large-scale projects, offering exposure to complex builds and high-profile developments.

Project Types:

Ground-up healthcare and TI Joint venture projects with top-tier national and regional

GCs Position Overview:

Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships Lead coordination with JV partners and internal teams Drive cost control, change orders, and project financials

Qualifications:

5-15+ years of commercial construction experience Experience with ground-up and/or large-scale renovation work Ability to work within joint venture environments and collaborate across teams Proficiency with Procore or similar software Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
