????? Lead Superintendent | Commercial Construction ???? DMV Region (Maryland, Washington, D.C. & Virginia) | ???? Full-Time | ???? $120,000-$140,000 + Bonus Potential Are you a field leader who thrives on keeping projects moving, solving problems before they become roadblocks, and building high-performing teams on-site? We're looking for an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects across the DMV region. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Superintendent who is ready to take on broader leadership responsibilities and position themselves for future growth into a General Superintendent role within a growing organization. What You'll Do Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to keep projects on schedule Champion a strong safety culture and conduct regular jobsite inspections Maintain quality standards and ensure work aligns with plans and specifications Track progress, resolve field issues proactively, and communicate updates to project leadership Utilize Procore and other digital tools to manage documentation and workflows Participate in coordination meetings with clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders Build productive relationships while holding teams accountable for performance and execution ? What We're Looking For 7+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience (exceptional candidates with slightly less experience may be considered) Experience leading field operations for a General Contractor or commercial subcontractor Strong understanding of construction sequencing, coordination, and subcontractor management Proficiency with Procore (or similar construction management platforms) Comfortable using technology, digital documentation, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with Project Managers and field teams A professional, coachable leader who earns respect through accountability and teamwork Ability and willingness to travel throughout the DMV region Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship ? Bonus Points If You Have OSHA 30 Certification Bluebeam and/or Microsoft Project experience Experience on schools, educational facilities, government, institutional, science, or laboratory projects Experience serving in both Superintendent and Project Manager capacities Bilingual English/Spanish skills ????
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
