Construction Manager
Job Title:
Construction Project ManagerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Construction Project Manager in the design and construction industry to support the delivery of complex projects and programs. This role is ideal for candidates in the Washington/Baltimore DC metropolitan area with extensive experience and expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related systems installation. The successful candidate will be integral in supporting the successful delivery of new or renovated laboratory, data center, and secure facilities, including SCIFs.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of complex projects and programs within the construction and design industry
  • Ensure successful installation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related systems
  • Support the delivery of new and renovated laboratory, data center, and secure facilities, including SCIFs
  • Implement quality control and quality assurance measures
  • Participate in construction management and field engineering activities.
Essential Skills
  • Advanced knowledge in the installation of complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related systems
  • 10+ years of combined education and/or experience in commercial or federal construction
  • 5+ years of experience at a construction management firm or as an owner's representative
  • 3+ years of experience in laboratory, SCIF, and data center projects.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in quality control, quality assurance, construction management, and field engineering
  • Evidence of progressive career development.
